Motivation for starting buyhouserenttoown.com

The idea for buyhouserenttoown.com was originally developed by Chirag Patel (co-founder), who as a real estate investor got frustrated time and again due to the lack of fast and reliable communication among the real estate community. He teamed up with Hari Kusumakar (co-founder) and both of them undertook the task of networking everybody involved in real estate in Chicagoland through an electronic medium. As a result of this endeavor, buyhouserenttoown.com was launched on June 14th, 2009 and has been a great success ever since.

About the Founders

Chirag Patel,

is a real estate investor with a focus on foreclosures, rehabbing and wholesaling in the residential market throughout Chicagoland. He also likes to get involved in commercial real estate if the numbers are right. His academic background is in software engineering.

Hari Kusumakar,

is an active wholesaler and rehabber in the south side and south suburbs of Chicago. He has been an active real estate investor for the last two years and have been enjoying it ever since. His academic background is in engineering too.
